I think students should not smoke in the bathroom, it is against the rules. However, kids are going to be kids and their going to rebel against rules more times than not and do what they want. I think a soloution to the problem would be that if you are OLD enough to smoke, and you want to smoke, then there should be a designated area or time where you can. Maybe at lunch, outside.
